Transformer and Shigeko Bork mu project are thrilled to be collaborating with The Phillips Collection in the presentation of Jennifer Wen Ma's Brain Storm. Initially commissioned by the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao, Spain in 2009, Brain Storm is a meditation on live-action ink-painting processes in the tradition of Chinese landscape painting. This presentation is part of The Phillips Collection's Intersections series, a new contemporary art initiative that invites artists to create a work that engages the museum space, and works from the permanent collection.Brain Storm will be on view at the Phillips through January 3, 2010.Space is very limited.
